When you send a message
The contact form sends your name, your email address, the house you asked about (if any) and your message to Avian Designs by email, at aviandesigns19@gmail.com. It is delivered by Resend, an email service. Your email address is used only to reply to you, and the website itself doesn’t keep a copy of your message.
Spam protection
The contact form is protected by a hidden spam trap and a short timing check; we don’t store your IP address.
Cookies and tracking
There are no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. The only cookie this site sets is a short-lived one when you start a checkout, which remembers the house being held for you. It expires within the hour.
Payments
When online checkout is available, payment is handled by Stripe on its own secure checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach Avian Designs. Stripe shares the order details needed to send your house, such as your name, email address and shipping address.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel, which handles the technical information every website receives (such as your IP address) in order to deliver its pages.
